Week 12: Monday 22nd June 2020
Good morning boys and girls,
The last week of Home Learning has arrived and you have been the best pupils a teacher could wish for. I am sure that your mums and dads agree. You have completed your activities in your packs, activities on Study Ladder, you have met your targets on Accelerated Reader, you have completed extra challenges and activities and you have read so many books on Bug Club and completed the bug activities, that they have asked us to be a Bug Club Ambassador School! What an achievement! 🌟🏆 Well done to you all!
This week we have set less Study Ladder activities as we know that you are getting tired and I am sure mums and dads are getting tired too. Thank you all so much for your hard work.
We have allocated new Bug Club books for over the summer, so please keep on reading. This allocation completes each level, so if anyone runs out of books, go back into your bug library and reread your favorite books or go to Oxford Owl. I have just this week found a website with beautiful books on it called Epic. You will find all our old favorites and lots more to read there.

Just for fun this week we would like to do a Talent Show! If we were in school, the P7’s would be entertaining us with their many gifts and talents and they have sent Mrs Miskelly and Mrs Whyte some for their class page, so have a look. They really are a talented lot!
So if you have a hobby, gift or talent please send us a picture or a short video clip of you and we will put it up!
This week we would like to collect in all reading books and school equipment please. A box, labelled for each class will be placed at the back gates on Wednesday 24th June From 10am to 11 am. Please leave any school equipment in the correct box, thank you.
Well done boys and girls, enjoy this week and send us lots of photos please.
From Mrs Hughes and Mrs McKee
