Hatching chicks

We set some eggs in the incubator and we counted down 21 days for them to hatch. We were so excited. We actually saw watched some chicks tapping a hole in the shell and hatching out!

We looked after them very carefully. The chicks needed fresh water to drink  and chick meal to eat every day. We had to be very quiet when we were working.
