We are really enjoying our topic about space. Today we went on a trip to Armagh Planetarium. We saw lots of things from space and we found out lots of new things about Space.I think there are some who would like to be an astronaut when they grow up!

After learning lots about hedgehogs last month in our topic work, we were able to rescue a real live hedgehog and release it into our garden at school. None of us had ever seen a hedgehog before, it was even a first for Mrs Preston. It was an exciting day and one we won’t forget for a long time. πŸ¦”πŸ¦”

Odd Sock Day! Today we all wore odd socks. We are all different, all unique and all very special. We read the story of β€˜Elmer’ and discussed how good it is to be different!

This week we had hockey for the first time this year. Christine was very impressed with our listening skills and our hockey skills were brilliant too. Look out for some hockey stars from this class!!
