Fruit and Vegetables Topic

We made vegetable soup with vegetables from our school garden.

We drew pictures of our vegetables in clay- look at the patterns and shapes that we saw.

We brought in some unusual fruit. We had great fun finding out where the fruit was grown and then looking at the patterns and colours inside. We tasted lots of fruit that we had never tasted before. Mrs McBride had to hit the coconut with the hammer! That was great fun!

We cut open the fruit and looked at the seeds and patterns. We tasted the fruit as well, it was delicious!
