Activity Based Play

We love to get outside to learn, we have been playing in the sand digging for buried treasure and creating all kinds of potions in the mud kitchen! Hunter was experimenting with the different sounds she can make using musical instruments. Some children were busy cooking and hanging out the washing in the house. Others like to cycle round the pitch quite fast and have even make a course using cones.

Today we were busy in class, we used the construction toys to build towers higher than us and create some magnificent vehicles with multi wheels. Some were painting the Gruffalo or making the characters from the story with play dough. We even had a story session in the Gruffalo forest with the story sack!
