Term 3

Today we had our new Busy Bees come to visit our class and have some fun.

We have been having a great time in our new outdoor play area. We really enjoy making tea and mud pies in the mud kitchen and the lentils were great fun to scoop and pour.

Well done to our player of the month for May. Philip looked great in his CR coaching t-shirt.

We really enjoyed when Mrs Mckee's chicks came to visit our classroom. They were so soft and tiny and we were very gentle with them.

Today we took part in Beep Beep day along with lots of other Priamry 1 classes across the UK. We came to school dressed in our brightly coloured t-shirts and focused on the message of road safety all day. We learned that traffic is dangerous and it is always best to hold hands with an adult when we cross the road.

On Friday 5th May we travelled to Gosford Forest Park for our Extended Schools trip with Newtownhamilton Pimary School. We had a lovely day hunting for minibeasts and playing in the park in the sunshine.
