Today we had ‘The Amazing Journey’ visit school to tell us all about bible characters and stories from the Bible. We loved hearing the stories and seeing the characters dressed up. We really enjoyed getting to dress up ourselves and tasting some food from Bible times.

We are really enjoying our topic of ‘Toys’. Today we had a great time playing with the most popular toy ever in the history of toys around the world. We loved having a go at making really interesting shapes and characters from Lego. Some of us enjoyed using the instructions to build and some of us enjoyed being creative with the Lego.

It might be Spring but we are still enjoying the winter weather this week at Cortamlet. 🥶☃️❄️

Waste week. Thank you to Noel from ARC21 who came to tell us what we should put into each bin and how we can recycle at home. We also had great fun planting sunflower seeds!

We enjoyed celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 2nd March. We loved swapping our books and getting a new book to enjoy at home. We even took our new books outdoors to read.
